Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get the same cleaner every visit, or whoever's available?

The same one. On every recurring plan we match you with one background-checked cleaner and keep them on your home, so they learn your pets, your layout, and exactly how you like the kitchen. You won't get a rotating stranger each week. If your regular cleaner is ever out sick, we send a trained backup and tell you ahead of time rather than surprising you at the door.

How do you price a clean, and will the quote change later?

We do a free in-home walkthrough first, then lock in a flat rate before we lift a finger. That price is what you pay, with no surprise add-ons at the end. Pricing depends on the size of the home, how many bathrooms, and whether it's a recurring visit or a one-time deep clean. Recurring weekly visits start around $129, biweekly around $149, and monthly around $189 per visit.

What's the difference between a deep clean and a regular recurring visit?

A recurring visit keeps an already-maintained home consistent: vacuuming under furniture, wiping high-touch surfaces, and resetting every room on the 52-point checklist. A deep clean is a top-to-bottom reset that scrubs grout, degreases the oven and range hood, details baseboards, and clears buildup a regular visit can't reach. Most new recurring clients start with one deep clean to set the baseline, then the weekly or biweekly visits keep it there.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Yes, and it's standard at no extra charge. We use eco-friendly, kid- and pet-safe products on every visit, so there are no harsh chemical fumes lingering in the playroom or around the dog's bowl. If anyone in your home has specific allergies or a product you'd rather we avoid, tell us during the walkthrough and we'll work around it.

Will a move-out clean actually get my security deposit back?

That's exactly what it's built for. Our move-out clean goes inside cabinets, behind appliances, and into every track and corner so an empty unit passes the landlord's final inspection with no cleaning deductions. We time it to your lease turnover, and clients regularly tell us they got the full deposit back. Bring us the property's move-out checklist if you have one and we'll match it.

What happens if I'm not happy with how something turned out?

Text us a photo. Our 24-hour re-clean guarantee means if we miss a single spot, we're back within 24 hours to fix it, no charge and no awkward conversation. We work the 52-point checklist and text you a finished photo on every visit so you can spot anything before we're even off the block.

Are your cleaners insured, and is it safe to give them a key?

Every cleaner is background-checked, bonded, and insured before they ever set foot in a home, so you can leave a key or a door code without worrying. We're also a family-owned, ISSA-member and BBB-accredited company, and for downtown buildings that require it we carry insurance and send a certificate of insurance on file ahead of time.

Do you clean offices, and can you come when we're closed?

Yes. We run early-morning and after-hours commercial cleaning so your team walks into a fresh space and we're never underfoot during business hours. That covers desks, breakrooms, and restrooms on the same 52-point standard we use in homes, with bonded and insured cleaners. Plenty of our Schaumburg and Woodfield-corridor clients have us in and out before staff arrive by 8am.
